PART A — Connect Your Email

OfferGun sends offers directly from your connected Gmail account. Listing agents will see your email address in the "From" field — not anything from OfferGun. This is important for credibility and deliverability.

How to connect Gmail:
  1. Go to Account Settings in OfferGun.
  2. Find the Integration section and click "Sign in with Google"
  3. Follow the prompts and make sure to check the checkbox that authorizes OfferGun to send on behalf.

    Ideally: Do not use a free personal Gmail that you also use for marketing blasts or cold outreach. To protect deliverability, use a clean domain-based Google Workspace account (e.g. offers@yourbusiness.com).

    You can track all sent emails in your Gmail Sent folder.

    PART B — Customize Your Email Template

    Your email template will go into the email body that listing agents receive when you submit an offer. It's the first thing they read — keep it professional, concise, and personable.


    You'll notice words with brackets around them - ex. {PURCHASE_PRICE}. Those are Variables. They merge in details about the offer to personalize your emails. To see all the Variables you can use click "Add Variable" in the top right corner.


    You can also easily add your existing email signature by simply copy/pasting it into your email template.


    When you are finished modifying your template, click Save.


    Best practices:
    • Avoid words that commonly trigger spam filters (ie. 
    • Use a professional tone — not salesy or aggressive.
    • Use the mail merge variables to personalize each email automatically.
    • Send a test offer to confirm delivery is working.
